I really want to thank you again for your assistance in planning our trip to Costa Rica - our really last minute request was met with humor and charm...and it was wonderful.  We saw amazing flora and fauna, the accommodations were fine and the connections worked like clockwork. 

Our son loved the zip lines and the birthday cake (it was special) and I loved all the phtographic opportunities...My husband said that in all his travels these were some of the best beaches he has ever seen.  The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. 

This is our second trip that you have arranged for us, and we really appreciate your hard work to meet our requests, interests, and budget...Thanks again for making a great vacation possible. 

It was the best trip.  Honestly, we never had such a wonderful, seamless experience.  Everything worked like a charm and couldn't have been easier.  We had a great guide in Santiago.  We were absolutely floored by the Patagonia Connection experience - The lodge and the boat.  If everyone could experience this, I believe the world would be healed from all of it's problems!  I would love to return to that lodge for a week.  We loved the lake country as well. 

Torres del Paine - the two hotels - all wonderful.  We liked Lago Grey Hotel better (the setting and the food were terrific), but the Torres Hotel was better located for our first hike so we were glad that we stayed there one night.  If I had more time, I would have loved to have stayed in the park longer.

First, thank you very much for helping with my trip to Brazil.  It was really wonderful.  The Pantanal was quite an adventure and I thoroughly enjoyed by stay at Araras.  The guide was also very knowledgeable about the local animals and plants.  The culture in Salvador was amazing and the Pousada do Pilar was really nice and in a great location.  Of course, the Iguazu Falls were incredible and again the local guide made the visit memorable.  I must say that the guide in Rio made my visit to that city fabulous.  In addition to being very knowledgeable about the local history and culture of the city, they went the extra mile to be sure that my time in their city was interesting and well spent.  I would highly recommend them and the hotel, Praia Ipanema (fantastic location in neighborhood area but close to all the points of interest). 

Excellent!  Our trip to Brazil was perfect. Wade was very helpful in making our ideas happen. He kept in contact with us during planning and made sure that all went well. The representatives in Rio went out of their way to see that we were happy.

Carol really knows how to plan a "once in a lifetime" odyssey to South America! We changed our minds about the number of days and locations several times. She met our needs with courtesy and professionalism. We've already recommended her to friends.

All the guides were on time and helpful. Cusco, Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu were amazing. Thanks so much, Carol! It was fabulous!

The children probably liked the rain forest the best, as there was always something exciting to see. The wildlife (particularly the birds and insects) were great. I liked Cusco and the Sacred Valley.  The scenery was amazing and the trip to Macchu Piccu was all I expected.
 
The train ride to Puno was concerning just because it was a long trip for children with limited attention spans, but it turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip.  Everyone loved the trip across the countryside, and the 10 hours went by too fast.
 
The meals were great, especially at the haciendas, and far exceeded our expectations.
